The estimated time of arrival of your package with Free shipping is about 9 -20 business days, and for those who choose Express shipping when available, the estimated time of arrival is about 5 – 9 days. We will email you a tracking number within 1-3 days after your order has been processed and shipped.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

Usually, there aren’t any customs duty fees. But if there was, the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges. We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, therefore we do not collect the duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges there may be.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
